MNsure must determine the number of previously uninsured individuals and families who enrolled in a qualified health plan, medical assistance, or MinnesotaCare through MNsure by March 31, 2014.

MNsure shall consult with the commissioners of human services, commerce, and health in conducting this analysis.

MNsure must submit a report to the legislature by October 1, 2014, specifying the number of newly insured individuals and families.

The report must identify which insurance programs (qualified health plan, medical assistance, or MinnesotaCare) the newly insured individuals and families enrolled in.
