Removes the $12 surcharge previously imposed on vehicle parking violations, making them subject to the standard $75 surcharge applied to other criminal and traffic offenses instead.

Eliminates references to parking violation surcharges from the Second Judicial District's additional $1 surcharge provision and from disbursement calculations under the commissioner of management and budget.

Exempts violations of laws and ordinances related to vehicle parking from surcharge requirements, effective July 1, 2014.

Applies changes to violations committed on or after July 1, 2014.
