Appropriates $1,512,675 from bond proceeds to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for higher education asset preservation and replacement at Rochester Community and Technical College.

Allocates $590,175 to replace the roof of Endicott Hall at the college.

Allocates $922,500 for exterior repairs to the University Center at Rochester Community and Technical College Main Campus.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,512,675 to fund the appropriation, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective the day following final enactment.
