Defines "pollinator lethal insecticide" as insecticides absorbed by plants that make them lethal to pollinators, specifically including neonicotinoid class insecticides that affect pollinator nervous systems and may cause paralysis or death.

Prohibits labeling or advertising plants, plant materials, or nursery stock as beneficial to pollinators if they contain detectable levels of pollinator lethal insecticide.

Assigns enforcement of the pollinator labeling restriction to the Commissioner under chapter 18J.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
