Appropriates funds from the general fund to the Commissioner of Corrections for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, for additional staff at Minnesota correctional facilities.

Requires hiring 26 additional correctional officers and two office administrative specialists at Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater.

Requires hiring 4 additional correctional officers and 1 general maintenance worker at Lino Lakes; 3 correctional officers and 2 licensed nurse practitioners at Shakopee; 5 correctional officers at Oak Park Heights; and 9 correctional officers at Rush City.

Requires hiring 5 additional correctional officers and 2 office administrative specialists at Faribault, and 8 correctional officers, 3 general repair workers, and 2 office administrative specialists at Moose Lake.

Designates all specified positions as new positions intended to supplement current staffing levels at the designated facilities.
