Commissioner of administration authorized to convey property at 8941 Portland Avenue South, Bloomington, Minnesota to Hennepin County at no cost, notwithstanding existing state land conveyance statutes.

Conveyance may include conditions deemed to be in the interest of the state and must be approved by the attorney general and comply with Minnesota Statutes section 16A.695.

Property described as Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block 2, BISCHOFF 1ST ADDITION in Hennepin County, subject to existing right-of-way for Portland Avenue South, East 90th Street, and recorded easements.

Conveyance instrument may be recorded in Hennepin County recorder's office without compliance with subdivision requirements.

Provision becomes effective the day following final enactment.
