Allows hunters with valid big game hunting licenses to use all-terrain vehicles off forest trails and roads on managed or limited state forest lands in August for transporting or installing hunting stands or bait.

Permits registered vehicles including class 2 all-terrain vehicles to use forest trails (not designated for specific uses) on managed or limited state forest lands in August for transporting or installing hunting stands or bait when hunters possess valid big game hunting licenses.

Excludes the Richard J. Dorer Memorial Hardwood Forest from these vehicle use provisions.

Applies to Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 84.926, subdivisions 2 and 4, expanding existing October-December and September hunting-related vehicle use permissions to include August activities.
