Amends Minnesota Statutes section 80G.01, subdivision 3 to add an exemption from bullion coin dealer regulations for persons dealing exclusively in bullion coins struck prior to the year 1700 A.D.

Adds a new category (7) to the list of exceptions to the definition of "bullion coin dealer," making pre-1700 coins exempt from state regulation and registration requirements.

Changes the final exemption provision from a period to a semicolon and "or" to allow the addition of the new pre-1700 coin exemption.

Effective the day following final enactment.
