Declares all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations regarding personal firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition that infringe on the Second Amendment to be invalid, unrecognized, and null and void within Minnesota.

Prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, and their employees from enforcing federal firearms regulations or providing material support, participation, or assistance to federal agencies enforcing such regulations within state boundaries.

Prevents state agencies and political subdivisions from utilizing state funds or assets to aid federal agencies in enforcing federal firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition regulations within state boundaries.

Denies state funding to political subdivisions that adopt rules, ordinances, or policies violating the prohibitions, effective the fiscal year following a final judicial determination of intentional violation.

Deems state agents or employees who knowingly violate the prohibitions to have automatically resigned from office and rendered ineligible for any future state positions; bars corporations or service providers that violate the prohibitions from providing services to the state.
