Applies to individuals convicted or adjudicated delinquent in another state for offenses equivalent to Minnesota's murder, kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct, indecent exposure, and related predatory crimes.

Registration period in Minnesota matches the requirements of the offender's home state, including lifetime registration if applicable, with a minimum 10-year registration period.

Applies to individuals found not guilty by reason of mental illness or guilty but mentally ill in connection with predatory offenses and committed under court order.

Effective the day following final enactment.
