Adds whist to the list of card games permitted for tournaments and contests under Minnesota's social skill games exemption, alongside cribbage, skat, sheepshead, bridge, euchre, pinochle, gin, 500, smear, and Texas hold'em.

Whist tournaments must have total prize values not exceeding $8,000 per tournament or contest.

Organizers or promoters cannot hold a whist tournament if they have held one within the preceding 12 months.

Maintains existing requirements that tournaments provide no direct financial benefit to promoters or organizers and comply with disability accommodation standards for Texas hold'em games.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
