City of Bluffton receives $48,151.50 in previously withheld local government aid payments for calendar years 2011, 2012, and 2013, contingent on submission of audited financial statements for 2010, 2011, and 2012 by December 31, 2013.

Commissioner of Revenue distributes $20,000 in the first 2014 aid payment and remaining $28,151.50 in the first 2015 aid payment.

$20,000 appropriated from general fund in fiscal year 2015 and $28,151.50 in fiscal year 2016 to the Commissioner of Revenue for these payments.

Waives penalties under Minnesota Statutes section 477A.017, subdivision 3, that had previously withheld half of Bluffton's aid payments.

Effective the day following final enactment.
