Carver County may convey Outlot A in The Preserve 3rd Addition to the city of Norwood Young America for less than appraised value for use as a public park or lake access, notwithstanding standard public sale requirements.

The conveyance to Norwood Young America includes a reversion clause requiring the land to revert to the state if the city ceases using it for the authorized public purpose.

Carver County may sell by private sale tax-forfeited lands in the South Half of Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 117, Range 25 to the city of Watertown for less than market value.

Land conveyed to Watertown must be used for public purposes including parks, trails, transit facilities, water towers, administrative offices, lift stations, public works facilities, or wetland bank restoration projects, with allowance for subdivision and transfer to other local government entities.

Land conveyed to Watertown is subject to state reverter interest under Minnesota Statutes section 282.01, subdivisions 1c and 1d, and the conveyance takes effect the day following final enactment.
