Amends Minnesota Statutes section 325L.08 to clarify agreements regarding electronic transactions and mail delivery methods.

Allows parties to satisfy written information requirements through electronic records if they have agreed to conduct transactions electronically, provided the recipient can retain the record at time of receipt.

Prohibits senders from inhibiting a recipient's ability to store or print electronic records; records become unenforceable against recipients if such inhibition occurs.

Permits agreements to vary the requirement that records be sent by first-class mail or regular United States mail, removing the limitation "to the extent permitted by the other law" from the statute.

Maintains that most requirements in the statute cannot be varied by agreement, except where other laws explicitly permit variations to written delivery requirements.
