Extends expiration date of the Newborn Hearing Screening Advisory Committee from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2019.

Requires the commissioner to report biannually (by February 15 of odd-numbered years) to legislative committees with jurisdiction over health and data privacy on committee activities.

Allows parents or legal guardians to request destruction of hearing screening and rescreening test results through a signed form available on the Department of Health website.

Authorizes the Department of Health to store hearing screening test results for no more than 18 years from the infant's date of birth; destroyed results within one month of parent request or 25 months after receipt of last test result, whichever is later.

Classifies data collected under the early hearing detection and intervention program as non-genetic information for purposes of Minnesota Statutes section 13.386.
