Amends Minnesota Statutes section 123A.06, subdivision 4 regarding high school diploma issuance from area learning centers.

Upon successful completion of an area learning center program, pupils remain entitled to receive a high school diploma.

Pupils may elect to receive their diploma from the district of residence, the district where the area learning center is located, or the intermediate district or educational cooperative responsible for the program.
