Amends Minnesota Statutes section 148E.0555, subdivision 2, to modify social work licensure eligibility requirements for agency personnel.

Expands eligible private nonprofit agencies to include tribal agencies (in addition to existing nontribal agencies) with primary focus on serving ethnic minority populations.

Allows applicants employed by eligible agencies to qualify for licensure if they were presented to the public with a title incorporating "social work" or "social worker" within three years of application, with minimum six months employment.

Alternatively, applicants may qualify if engaged in social work or clinical social work practice as defined in section 148E.010 within three years of application, with minimum six months employment.
