The Arc Greater Twin Cities presents a Changemaker Award to Kelly Kausel for her work promoting inclusion and participation of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their communities.

Kelly Kausel received the award in the "Changing Policies" category for consistent efforts requiring private insurance companies to cover early intervention services.

Kausel was one of two award winners in the Changing Policies category and received the award at the Arc Greater Twin Cities Annual Meeting and Volunteer Celebration on May 3, 2014.

The Minnesota Senate congratulates Kelly Kausel on receiving the Changemaker Award.

The Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare and transmit an enrolled copy of this resolution to Kelly Kausel, authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
