• Requires physician assistants to submit location notifications to the board within 30 business days of starting practice, changing location, or changing supervising physicians.

• Authorizes licensed traditional midwives to administer maternal RhoGAM treatment and clarifies that the board or advisory council may review client practice reports upon request.

• Modifies temporary license suspension procedures by requiring contested case hearings to begin within 30 days of suspension notice and automatically lifts suspension if final orders are not issued within 30 days, unless the regulated person requests a delay.
