• Commissioner of administration reimburses state agencies for reasonable accommodation expenses for employees and job applicants from a newly created accommodation account in the special revenue fund.

• Commissioner may use up to 15 percent of biennial appropriation for administration costs.

• Commissioner must notify state agencies by August 1, 2015, and annually by June 30 that reimbursement is available.

• Commissioner must submit annual report by January 31 detailing number and type of accommodations requested, costs, requesting agencies, unfunded requests, and remaining fund balance.

• Commissioner of management and budget determines annual funding amount and requires executive agencies to contribute from their operating appropriations, effective July 1, 2015.
