Appropriates $927,600 in fiscal year 2016 and $975,300 in fiscal year 2017 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Perpich Center for Arts Education for continuing and expanding arts integration networks in the northeast and piloting arts-integrated courses in rural regions with an online focus.

Appropriates $750,500 in fiscal year 2016 and $1,025,000 in fiscal year 2017 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Perpich Center for Arts Education for continuing and expanding the Turnaround Arts program in low-performing schools.

Allows up to 2-1/2 percent of appropriated funds to be used for administrative costs of the arts integration networks and Turnaround Arts program.

Makes the appropriation available until June 30, 2019.
