Establishes the Student Physical Privacy Act to protect student privacy and safety in restrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, showers, and other facilities where students may be in various states of undress.

Defines "sex" as the physical condition of being male or female, determined by a person's chromosomes and identified at birth by a person's anatomy.

Requires public school restrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, and shower rooms accessible by multiple students to be designated exclusively for use by students of one sex only.

Mandates that in any other school facility where a student may be in a state of undress, school personnel must provide separate, private, and safe areas designated for use by students based on their sex.

Allows schools to provide single-occupancy facilities or controlled use of faculty facilities upon student request for special circumstances, but prohibits allowing a student to use a facility designated for the opposite sex.
