Amends Minnesota Statutes section 211B.37 to change how administrative hearing costs are paid, directing costs to be paid from appropriations to the Office of Administrative Hearings rather than the state elections campaign account.

Costs for complaints relating to statewide ballot questions or statewide or legislative office elections must be paid from Office of Administrative Hearings appropriations.

Costs for complaints relating to other ballot questions or elective offices must be paid from Office of Administrative Hearings appropriations.

Cancels approximately $150,000 in unspent funds from the Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board's Web site redevelopment project appropriation to the general fund on June 30, 2015.

Appropriates $150,000 in fiscal year 2016 to the Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board to complete Web site redevelopment, with funds available until June 30, 2017, and requires a status report to legislative committees by January 15, 2016.
