Provides $250,000 per year ($1,500,000 total) in grants to Niigaane Ojibwe Immersion School, Wicoie Nandagikendan Urban Immersion Project, and Bdote Learning Center for language immersion programs

Allocates $50,000 for the 2016-2017 biennium to support the Dakota and Ojibwe working group
