• Modifies teacher evaluation requirements to establish three-year professional review cycles including growth plans, peer review, and summative evaluations by qualified evaluators.

• Requires student growth data and assessments to determine 35 percent of teacher evaluation results, with disciplinary options for teachers not meeting professional standards including warnings, termination, or reassignment.
