Requires the Commissioner of Agriculture to pursue federal reimbursement for compensation payments issued under Minnesota Statutes section 3.737 for livestock depredation.

Reimbursement obligation applies while the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service lists the Minnesota gray wolf population as endangered and threatened wildlife under the federal Endangered Species Act.

Reimbursement obligation also applies when the federal government prohibits livestock producers from protecting their livestock from wolf depredation.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 3.737, by adding a new subdivision 6 on federal reimbursement.
