Amends Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 256B.76, subdivision 2, to modify medical assistance payment rates for dental services.

Adds new subsection (l) establishing a 9.65 percent payment rate increase effective January 1, 2017, calculated above rates in effect on June 30, 2015, for dental providers excluding state-operated clinics, federally qualified health centers, rural health centers, and Indian health services.

Requires managed care plans and county-based purchasing plans to reflect the 9.65 percent payment increase in their rates to dental providers under sections 256B.69 and 256B.692, effective January 1, 2017.

Modifies subsection (k) timeframe for increased payments to dental providers outside the seven-county metropolitan area to specify the period through December 31, 2016.
