Amends Minnesota Statutes 256B.76, subdivision 2, to modify medical assistance payment rates for dental services under the state's health care programs.

Establishes a new subsection (l) effective January 1, 2017, setting payment rates for dental services provided outside the seven-county metropolitan area at a specified percentage above June 30, 2015 rates (percentage amount left blank in bill text).

Excludes state-operated dental clinics, federally qualified health centers, rural health centers, and Indian health services from the payment rate adjustments in subsection (l).

Requires managed care plans and county-based purchasing plans to reflect the payment adjustments in their contracts with dental providers located outside the seven-county metropolitan area beginning January 1, 2017.
