Increases individual medical assistance asset limit from $3,000 to $10,000, and household limit from $6,000 to $18,000 for blind, disabled, and elderly persons.

Removes the $200 per additional legal dependent asset allowance for households with more than two family members.

Increases excess income standard for persons eligible based on blindness, disability, or age 65 and older from 80 percent to 100 percent of federal poverty guidelines.

All changes effective July 1, 2016.
