Board of Teaching, Board of School Administrators, and Office of Higher Education must annually collect and report summary data on teacher and administrator preparation and performance outcomes, with updates posted by June 1 on a jointly hosted website.

Teacher preparation programs must publicly report student entrance requirements (GPA, test scores), faculty qualifications, program completion times, graduation and licensing rates, employment in licensure field, curriculum credits, exam pass rates, and satisfaction surveys.

Administrator preparation programs must publicly report faculty qualifications, program completion times, graduation and licensing rates, employment as administrator, curriculum credits, and satisfaction surveys from students, graduates, and employers.

School districts must report annually by October 1 to the Board of Teaching the effectiveness ratings and preparation programs of teachers who completed probation and accepted continuing contracts, as well as information on probationary teachers released or not rehired.

School districts must report annually by October 1 to the Board of School Administrators the effectiveness ratings and preparation programs of principals and vice principals who completed probation and accepted continuing contracts, as well as information on probationary administrators released or not rehired.

Appropriations from the general fund to the Board of Teaching and Board of School Administrators for fiscal year 2016 to collect and report the required data, effective July 1, 2016.
