Allows military personnel on active duty to retake a failed skills or road test before the practice period expires if stationed, deployed, or ordered to duty outside Minnesota

Applies to active service members in any branch or unit of the United States armed forces, including the National Guard of any state and the United States Coast Guard

Requires acceptable documentation to the commissioner, consisting of either an affidavit attesting to active military status and out-of-state duty (current or scheduled), or other documentation the commissioner deems acceptable

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 171.13, by adding a new subdivision
