Exempts licensed farm wineries selling no more than 7,500 gallons of wine per calendar year from food handler licensing requirements under Minnesota Statutes 28A.01 to 28A.16.

Exemption does not apply if farm wineries sell food other than prepackaged cheese, prepackaged cheese spreads, and prepackaged wine-related food items authorized under section 340A.315, subdivision 2.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 28A.15 by adding subdivision 11 to establish the farm winery licensing exemption.
