Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 144.4961, effective the day following final enactment.

Eliminates the Minnesota Radon Licensing Act, which required annual licenses for radon measurement professionals ($300), mitigation professionals ($500), mitigation companies ($500), and radon analysis laboratories ($500).

Removes the requirement for radon mitigation system tags ($75 per tag) on all radon mitigation systems installed in Minnesota on or after October 1, 2017.

Eliminates the Commissioner of Health's authority to regulate and enforce licensing requirements for individuals and businesses performing radon detection, analysis, and mitigation services.

Removes exemptions previously granted to newly constructed homes and retail stores that only sold radon sampling devices without performing services.
