Appropriates $18,996,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Oronoco for wastewater collection and treatment facilities.

Grant funds may be used to acquire land, predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip wastewater treatment facilities in Oronoco.

Appropriation is contingent on at least $5,218,000 being committed from nonstate sources for wastewater treatment facilities and water supply and distribution improvements in Oronoco.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $18,996,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Effective the day following final enactment.
