Amends Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 256B.441, subdivision 30 to make technical corrections to median total care-related per diem calculations for nursing facilities.

Changes the definition of median total care-related per diem from "median direct care cost total care-related per diem" to "median total care-related per diem" for facilities in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties.

Maintains that the median total care-related per diem shall be calculated for a RUG's weight of 1.00 and used in subdivision 50 for rate determinations.

Specifies that median other operating per diem equals the sum of administrative costs, dietary costs, housekeeping costs, laundry costs, and maintenance and plant operations costs divided by each facility's resident days.

Effective retroactively from January 1, 2016.
