Authorizes Itasca County to sell tax-forfeited land parcel PID No. 26-020-2206 by public sale, notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1.

Authorizes Itasca County to sell tax-forfeited land parcel PID No. 26-004-3202 to an adjoining landowner for not less than the appraised value, exempting it from public sale requirements.

Authorizes Itasca County to sell tax-forfeited land parcel PID No. 91-019-3316 to an adjoining landowner for not less than the appraised value, exempting it from public sale requirements.

Requires all conveyances to be in forms approved by the attorney general, who may correct legal description errors and ensure accuracy.

County determined that returning all three parcels to private ownership best serves the county's land management interests.
