$15,000,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for U.S. Highway 12 projects including design, engineering, environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and reconstruction.

Funds designated for realignment at intersections with Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 92 and Highway 90, plus safety median improvements from Wayzata Boulevard interchange to approximately one-half mile east of Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 6.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $15,000,000 according to Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11.

Bond proceeds, except accrued interest and premiums, must be deposited in the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund.

Provision effective the day following final enactment.
