Appropriates $3,500,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2017 to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center.

Grant funds designated for constructing a new dormitory, renovating an old dormitory, constructing a maintenance building, and constructing a small classroom building with parking.

Grant availability is contingent on the commissioner of management and budget determining that sufficient nonstate funding is available to complete the project.

Appropriation funds remain available through June 30, 2020.
