Amends Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter 1, article 1, section 2, subdivision 6 to adjust vocational rehabilitation appropriations for fiscal years 2016-2017.

Increases general fund appropriation for centers for independent living from $2,261,000 in 2016 to $3,261,000 in 2017 under Minnesota Statutes, section 268A.11.

Appropriates $10,800,000 annually from general fund for state vocational rehabilitation program under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 268A.

Allocates $5,745,000 annually from general fund and $6,830,000 annually from workforce development fund for extended employment services for persons with severe disabilities.

Provides $250,000 in fiscal years 2016 and 2017 for rate increases to extended employment services providers, and $1,000,000 one-time grant in fiscal year 2016 to Assistive Technology of Minnesota for technology acquisition and career path development.
