Allows case managers to bill for relocation targeted case management services delivered via interactive video, in addition to face-to-face and telephone contacts, for up to 180 days before an eligible recipient's discharge from an institution.

Permits mental health case management providers to satisfy adult payment requirements through interactive video contact that meets specific criteria, either as a standalone contact or combined with telephone contacts followed by face-to-face or video contact within two months.

Interactive video for targeted case management is limited to residents of hospitals, nursing facilities, or 24-hour staffed residential settings licensed under chapters 245A or 245D, and can be used for no more than 50 percent of minimum required face-to-face contacts.

Requires case management providers to attest to safety and efficacy criteria including written policies specific to interactive video services, client safety protocols, discontinuation procedures, and quality assurance processes.

Mandates providers document interactive video services with specific details including start and end times, appropriateness determination, transmission mode, originating and distant site locations, and compliance with established criteria.
