Removes obsolete language from Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 196.05, subdivision 1 related to a repealed guardianship program for the commissioner of veterans affairs

Deletes former clause (8) that authorized the commissioner to act as guardian, conservator, or representative payee for minors or incompetent persons receiving money from the United States government

Renumbers remaining clauses (9) through (12) as clauses (8) through (11) to reflect the deletion

Retains all other duties of the commissioner including acting as agent for veterans' benefits claims, administering relief funds, providing assistance to dependent families, and offering counseling services for veterans exposed to chemical agents
