Appropriates $1,495,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Rocori Trail Board.

Grant funds will be used to acquire land or interests in land for, and to predesign, design, and construct phase 2 of the Rocori Trail in Richmond, Cold Spring, and Rockville.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,495,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Bond issuance follows procedures prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
