Appropriates $50,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Rockville for predesign, design, and construction of a veterans memorial at 24001 Fire Hall Lane.

Funding is contingent on the city of Rockville committing at least $50,000 in matching funds from nonstate sources, with prior spending and in-kind contributions counting toward this requirement.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $50,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
