Amends Minnesota Statutes section 97B.071 to allow hunters and trappers to wear blaze pink in addition to blaze orange during firearm deer hunting season.

Blaze pink camouflage patterns must contain at least 50 percent blaze pink within each foot square, matching the existing requirement for blaze orange camouflage.

Extends blaze pink option to small game hunting (other than turkey, migratory birds, raccoons, and predators), requiring at least one visible article of blaze pink clothing above the waist.

Violations of small game blaze pink/orange requirements result only in a safety warning with no penalty imposed.

Directs the commissioner of natural resources to amend Minnesota Rules parts 6232.2500, 6232.2550, 6232.2560, 6232.3700, and 6232.4400 to accommodate blaze pink, with authority to use good cause exemption procedures for expedited rulemaking.
