Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 65B.44 and 65B.51 to regulate no-fault auto insurance benefits.

Modifies replacement service loss benefits to reimburse reasonable expenses for substitute services, with a maximum of $200 per week and excludes losses from the date of injury through the first seven days.

Adds new subdivision 1a to section 65B.51 requiring claimants to deduct any basic economic loss benefits previously received when claiming compensation for damages through arbitration, court action, or other means.

Prohibits claimants from collecting the same expenses twice by claiming them from both an at-fault party and their own no-fault insurer.
