St. Paul may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Major League Soccer stadium operator or affiliated entities for food and beverage concessions.

The license authorizes alcohol sales to all event attendees and sales in restaurant, bar, or banquet facilities within the stadium on all days of the week.

Licensed premises may include non-contiguous spaces within the stadium or on stadium grounds as described in the approved license application.

All provisions of Minnesota Statutes chapter 340A apply to the license except where inconsistent with this section.

The section becomes effective upon approval by the St. Paul City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021.
