Amends Minnesota Statutes to define "sex" as either male or female as biologically defined, including pregnancy, childbirth, and related disabilities.

Exempts employer restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, and similar facilities from sexual orientation employment protections, reserving these facilities based on biological sex.

Prohibits employers from permitting access to restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms on any basis other than biological sex, except for single-occupancy facilities and specified exceptions for young children, individuals with disabilities, and emergencies.

Requires public schools and universities to restrict access to restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms used by minor students based on biological sex, with the same exceptions as employer facilities.

Exempts nonpublic youth-serving organizations (sports, scouting, clubs, arts organizations) from sexual orientation-based employment qualifications for their employees and volunteers.
