• Modifies reporting requirements for disability home and community-based waiver programs by requiring the commissioner to make financial and waiting list information publicly available on the department's website.

• Requires monthly updates of financial information for disability waiver programs authorized under sections 256B.092 and 256B.49, including allocated resources, committed resources, and unallocated resources by county and tribal agency.

• Establishes quarterly waiting list reporting beginning August 1, 2016, including data on persons screened and waiting by urgency category, months on wait list, age group, service type requested, and persons beginning services.

• Requires the commissioner to compile an annual report by December 1 of each year containing financial information for the most recently completed allocation period, previous four quarters of waiting list data, and information about counties requiring corrective action plans.

• Repeals Laws 2015, chapter 71, article 7, section 56, which required reports to legislative committees on implementation of disability waiver provisions by February 15, 2018 and 2019.
