Deems the city of Anoka's Greens of Anoka redevelopment tax increment financing district (TIF district) to be certified on June 30, 2012, rather than its actual certification date of July 2, 2012.

Applies Minnesota Statutes sections 469.1763, subdivisions 3 and 4, as if the district were certified on June 30, 2012, effectively extending the five-year rule for the TIF district.

Becomes effective upon approval by the governing body of the city of Anoka and upon the city's compliance with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
