Amends Laws 2015, chapter 69, article 1, section 3, subdivision 22 to increase appropriation for the Summer Academic Enrichment Program from $100,000 to $200,000

Provides funding for summer academic enrichment grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 136A.091

Allows the commissioner to use no more than three percent of the appropriation ($6,000 maximum) for grant program administration
